We want your consultation to be relaxing, fun and inspiring. Our ultimate goal is to create a piece of jewelry that we can all be proud of, and have a fun time doing it! Our artists work directly with you; choosing your favorite looks, reviewing ideas, examining many samples, photos and sketching concepts for the design. We truly love designing and creating fine jewelry, and we promise to pay extra time and attention to ensure that everything is just right! Whether you know exactly what you want or have absolutely no clue…we pay careful attention to each client‘s taste and look at each project as a fun challenge to create a unique and beautiful work of art. If your piece will have a gemstone, we will often start the process by helping pick out the perfect one for you. We stock hundreds of fine quality gemstones, including Canadia brand certified Canadian diamonds. If the perfect stone is not on hand, we work with your budget and our certified gemologist to find the best stone to match your design and lifestyle. This service is absolutely free of charge and is of no obligation. During your in-store consultation you can expect:

• A meeting with a jewelry artist…not a salesperson.
• A unique, fun and relaxed atmosphere conducive to creativity.
• An opportunity to create a custom piece designed especially for you.
• Design advice if needed.
• Expertise from a shop with over 250 years of combined experience.
• Education on various metals if requested.
• Stone selection and advice to fit both your desires and budget.
• An estimate of the completed project cost.

(Written or e-mailed estimates are good for 30 days and may be subject to change if metals or stone prices change sharply, verbal estimates are good for 5 minutes. :)

Internet Consultation using our Online Design Page & Blog ^SM

Whether near or far, our custom services are available to anyone wishing to “think outside of the box.” All you need is internet access and a desire to create something extraordinary.

On our website, you can ‘remember’ photos of items from our portfolio. You can then add these ‘remembered’ photos to your very own ‘wish list’ on a personal Online Design Page & Blog ^SM to help us find your perfect look. We use these photos as a design starting point. Also, it is not a problem if you don't see exactly what you are imagining on our web site; you can email us your own unique ideas or sketches and we will go from there. We will correspond with you via phone, email, live chat or on your own unique online customer design page to ensure that we are in sync on all details of your design. At this time, we will begin our stone search if needed. We work with your budget and our GIA Graduate Gemologist to find the perfect gem(s) for your jewelry. This service is absolutely free and we are not satisfied until you are!

We will need your ring size as we work toward creating an accurate design and estimate. For most rings you can stop into a local jewelry store and be measured. If this is inconvenient, we can send you sizing rings to borrow. Some rings (such as titanium bands, eternity bands and others with stones and/or patterns set all the way around the ring) may require us to send metal sizing rings for you to wear about one week to ensure the sizing is perfect. Another method for approximating your ring size is using string and this chart.
