Greeter
BFA and MA, Metals and Jewelry
Jewelry Artist

Alexis is a Washington native having grown up on the beautiful Whidbey Island just north of Seattle. However, her studies and career have brought her all throughout North America! Her start in the industry began with a jewelry class in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. From there, she was hooked! She moved across the country where she attended the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, GA and earned her BFA and MA in Metals and Jewelry. After college, she transitioned back west and worked in jewelry production in the Bay Area. She continues to create her own work from her home studio for which she’s won multiple prestigious accreditations such as: 2012 Best Collection Art to Wear Jewelry issued by the Western Design Conference (Jackson Hole, WY) and SJTA 2nd Place for Bracelet Category issued by SJTA Atlanta Jewelry Trade Show.

In her free time Alexis loves to keep active outdoors by running, hiking, paddle-boarding, and swimming. Beyond jewelry making, she enjoys cooking and gardening as other outlets of creativity. It’s no surprise that Alexis was born an artist with an abundance of imagination and vision - her initials spell A.R.T!
