Having tried his hand at painting and illustration throughout his younger years, Chris describes jewelry art as the sole medium of creation for him, which shows in his illustrious career! Starting off in 2015, Chris first began developing his skills with wire wrapped jewelry and 3D sculpture. Since then, he’s continued to advance his expertise via an apprenticeship with David Yurman in New York, thousands of hours of at-home experimenting, formalized training at the New Approach School for Jewelers, and with engraving and stone setting classes at the GRS training center. When it comes to his own designs, Chris seeks inspiration from the materials that he’s working with. He loves to examine each gemstone and to create the perfect framing to complement their natural beauty.

Being a fantastic gold and platinumsmith is not Chris’s only talent! He’s also an avid disc golfer and a fire performer. Keep an eye out for him onstage at music and/or arts festivals where he often performs alongside musical acts as a fire spinner.
