Tapered shoulders have (5) GLJW provided round cut diamond melee bead set down center with fine milgrain details. Pierced curling details on setting and shoulders. Bottom ~half of round shank has knife edge profile with hand engraved half wheat motifs. (1) Round sapphire is bead set on each side face. High polish finish.
