Castings come out with a smooth but matte surface finish, and require significant hand work to bring out the perfect finish.

Einar uses a combination of tools to further cleanup the rough casting and to ensure that the intricate details are perfectly smooth.

Einar first drills pilot holes before placing the diamonds into their respective settings with great care. To ensure their enduring durability, a small amount of metal is gently folded over the edges of each stone to secure them in place for a lifetime of wear. After setting the stones, he meticulously smooths the metal to ensure there are no sharp edges.
